High heat resistance self-adhesive enameled wire is mainly: 155, 180 grade polyurethane self-adhesive line, 155, 180 grade polyester imine or direct welding polyester imine self-adhesive line and 200, 220 grade polyamide imide composite polyester or polyester imine self-adhesive line.The adhesive coating of these self-adhesive lines is mostly composed of fatty - aromatic polyamide and epoxy resin components.Self-adhesive enameled wire is mainly used in the manufacture of skeleton-free coil, which is widely used in the field of deflection coil of TV and monitor.Self-adhesive enameled wires with high heat resistance and high re-softening temperature are also beginning to be used in the manufacture of small motors.
