Product Description:
Polyamide-imide composite polyester enamered wire (PE/AIW) refers to the composite coating enamered wire with THEIC modified polyester as the bottom coating and polyamide-imide as the surface coating of about 20% of the total coating thickness. Its performance meets the requirements of IEC 317-13 and NEMA MW35 and MW73, and the heat resistance class is 200.This type of enameled wire (EIW-220) is coated with a specific bottom and top coat for higher heat resistance and is approved by UL for class 220 of the NEMA MW84 standard.Polyamide-imide composite polyester wire and 200-grade polyamide-imide composite polyester imide enamel-coated wire (EIW-200) also meet the requirements of IEC 317-13, NEMA MW35 and MW73 standards have similar characteristics.With today's electronic, mechanical properties, chemical properties, thermal properties and other comprehensive performance, high heat resistance of the enameled wire best varieties, including refrigeration compressor motor is widely used as all kinds of motor, transformer, all kinds of transformer including microwave oven and long-term working in high temperature or sealed environment of winding line of electrical appliances, electronic products.
